Ok so obviously we can not live without our Moores. If Ryan had to choose who to save from a burning building myself or Jason, I wouldn't be to far off in saying he would choose Jason and honestly I love that. When we are with the Moores it is like how most people must feel when they go "home", comfort, love, safe, and happy. Our entire little family has been struggling with missing them, so Monday when Cylisa said they would come for a visit (on THEIR 5 YEAR WEDDING ANNIVERSARY NO LESS) I stupidly told Hadley right away who spent the rest of the week wanting Emma and Jason and Cylisa RIGHT NOW.
Friday comes, we are all on pins and needles waiting for them to get here like we have won the lottery and they are bringing the big check with them, but for us it's even better than the lottery it's the other pieces of our heart! Friday night they get here and the world is perfect again. Hadley and Emma chase each other around the apartment pausing to hug and hold each other every time they stop for air. Ryan is busy wanting to cram in everything we have seen that we want them to see, and I am just sad already. Sad that in 24 hours they will be lugging that suitcase back down the stairs and back to Tyler. Also sad that with my new haircut Emma isn't to sure about me and it takes her a few hours to realize I'm still me. We had the BEST 24 hours! Friday night we hung out, ate pizza and let the kids play past bedtime (really just Emma because she is the only one whose parent's are good enough to keep her on schedule out of the group, Hadley has no idea what bedtime is).
Saturday we started the day off with finally going to check out all the talk about Taco Shack, as I didn't eat I can't judge the food but everyone else seemed to love it, however, I recommend NOT sleeping in bed next to anyone who has eaten Taco Shack in the last 12 hours!

Then it was off to Zilker Park to rent canoes and enjoy Lady Bird Lake! Again I forgot how to canoe but Ryan was there to whip me back in line! An important tip for next time, if it is windy remember to go the opposite way of the wind first so on your way back it will be much easier!

Then the dreaded goodbye's. At least we are getting our birthday plans in order to celebrate Ryan and the Twin's big 30 and Cylisa's 2nd big 30!!! It will be nice to have everyone back together again just like the old days! To think of all the changes coming our way in the next few months!
